Nope, I’ve been outside one at the natural history museum, and I would LOVE to go into space one day!

About 90% of a rocket is just the fuel, which means when you’re in a rocket you’re basically on top of a huge bomb that will explode you into space! So I would definitely be a bit scared!

I’ve been in a model and an old one – if you go to the National Space Centre in Leicester you can walk into one and see what it’s like!
I have not been in one whilst it was fired. For that you have to become an astronaut first!

I have never flown in a rocket 🙁 bu I have been inside the command capsule of an old Apollo rocket and an old Saturn 5 rocket as well when I was younger. I went to Cape Canaveral when I was 15, it was a really cool place to go. Loads of stuff about space exploration.

I would love to go to space in one, despite the terror of being strapped to what is effectively a massive bomb

I have seen them at different museums, even saw how they look like inside, but unfortunately, I haven’t flown in one. Hopefully, if the trips are commercially available and relatively affordable… 😀
