My favourite sport is climbing! When you have a difficult rockface to climb you have to think about how you’re going to get up it! It’s a bit like solving a problem, plus you can do it on your own whilst listening to music, which is really nice 🙂 I also like running and football!
Fencing!
I fence competitively and it’s really fun (but I also enjoy karate, surfing, climbing, running, swimming and a bit of squash). When I was younger, I played a lot of basketball (because I’m quite tall I found this quite easy).
My favourite sport is climbing as well! It is very challenging and rewarding to climb a route for the first time. You can feel the adrenaline while doing it and keeps you active!
My favourite sport is rugby, I play every weekend. Its a great stress reliever, all the aggression is kept on the pitch, and then go to club house after the game and shake the opponents hand and buy them a drink.
When I lived in Japan I did 6 years of mma, I never competed, but I did a lot of training in it. When I came back to England I couldn’t find a good club so I started rugby
Have to join Maria on this one – definitely fencing. I’ve done a few ultramarathons in the past, but wouldn’t say that I have enjoyed them…sometimes it’s nice to get to the gym before work to blow out the cobwebs!
