I really want to use quantum physics to help develop quantum technologies.

Quantum technology basically means using the weird quantum behaviour of particles to do things that aren’t normally possible. For instance, a quantum computer uses a particle’s ability to be in many places at the same time to process multiple lines of code at the same time! This means that a quantum computer is REALLY fast!!!

Also quantum sensors are incredibly sensitive, we could use them to create new kinds of medical scanners to find any cancer very early on. It’d be amazing to work on that kind of thing 🙂

      More science!
I want to become a leader in future space missions and would love to be in charge of a science instrument to go into space – this usually takes years of planning and usually only older scientists get to do it because it takes some experience. Hopefully one day that will be me! 😊

I want to be able to go to space at some point. But in a research sense I would love to work with NASA. I have worked with the ESA a little bit and worked with Hubble images, but would love to do something really cool with NASA, and use data from the new James Wed Space Telescope to find something really cool

I really want to understand more about prevalent diseases and find ways of how to eradicate them. There are mechanisms by which organisms deal with viruses and bacteria that we could apply. I feel that the solution to some of them is right there and we just need to find it! (being positive)
